Earnest Fitzhugh, II, operates as a modern day renaissance man. He is former owner of ecommerce stores, childcare facilities and now current owens and operates an online relationship & training academy.
Every leader has a leader. While pastoring for nearly ten years, Overseer Fitz continues to serve as a “son” to his father, Supt. Earnest Fitzhugh, Sr., who has pastored for almost 30 years. He feels there is nothing more gratifying than serving God within a legacy where “pay” is not your motive, nor being in control, your function.
He also has been afforded the honor of serving as overseer in the Global Harvest Covenant Network under the leadership of the Presiding Bishop, Quacy L. Smith, Esq.. His function is to assist in the development and expansion of the network through ministry development and marketplace relevance.

The Leader
Overseer Fitzhugh has been an ordained minister for nearly ten years and pastoring for almost ten years. In this time God has allowed him to gain the wisdom of seasoned leadership while developing an eye to discover the necessities of contemporary church worship. New mandates and cultures require new systems and paradigms. Overseer Fitzhugh has been graced to identify, with foresight, what the local body needs to remain effective in the Kingdom. He is a leader that builds leaders. His desire isn’t to build a membership but to build a mechanism for Kingdom movement and advancement, with a primary focus on souls and spiritual development. The Underdog
Many leaders have the testimony that their calling graced them with the fortitude to not make monumental and/or costly mistakes. However, That is not the testimony of Earnest Fitzhugh, II. Rather, the personification of endurance is embedded in his DNA. His story includes the rise and fall of successful businesses, exponential church growth to church restructure, or even multiple failed relationships. Yet in all of them, while many may have considered quitting and/or giving up, his endurance allowed him to prevail and recover. It is for that reason his life’s mission is to encourage the believer that there is nothing beyond redemption, nothing beyond restoration and with a pure heart and determination, God can elevate you above the desolation of your past.
